Turning Interest Into Action

Pelots Bay Restoration Association (PBRA) is a 501C3 nonprofit organization that is committed to cleaning the waters of Lake Champlain in four North Hero bays.  The mission is to promote the restoration and improvement of Lake Champlain for the benefit of those who live here, visitors who flock to this area for recreation and solace and all the businesses that are supported by all of those residents and visitors. 

The goals are: 

• the control or elimination of nonnative nuisance aquatic plants and animals that are harmful to the lake; 

• to participate in programs and studies that further the mission; 

• To monitor activities and events that could affect the lake.
